Tara Michelle Kristof

Tara was born and raised in the Dallas, Texas area and currently resides in Garland, Texas. Tara has been practicing and studying Yoga for 6+ years. She attended Yoga Teacher Training in Austin, Texas through the Living Yoga Program and and the Restorative Flow Teacher Training. She is currently undergoing an additional Teacher Training through the Dallas Yoga Center. She has also earned her B.A. in Psychology/minor in Sociology from Texas State University-San Marcos. Tara believes in treading lightly on Mother Earth, cultivating compassion in daily life, leading a peaceful life and educating others on making a positive change in the world.
Her other interests include a lifelong passion for playing soccer, gardening, animals, environmental concerns, aromatherapy and many branches of alternative/natural/holistic healing including vegetarianism. She continues to further her study of Yoga as a lifestyle and lifelong journey.
Tara enjoys the many paths of yoga and has been trained in eclectic Hatha yoga. She has attended workshops on Ayurveda, Meditation, many different styles of yoga such as Iyengar, Anusara, Forrest Yoga, Ashtanga, Power (Vinyasa style), Restorative, Yoga for Scoliosis, Yoga for Stress, etc.
